Job Description:
This Company is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Remote Telemarketing Professional. As a vital member of our sales force, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and connecting potential customers with our experienced insurance sales agents.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective customers, promoting our insurance products and services.
• Persuade customers to receive a sales quote from one of our experienced insurance sales agents.
• Work diligently to meet and exceed daily call quotas.
• MakeUpgrade to see actual infocalls per day to generate leads and opportunities.
• Transfer a minimum of 20 calls per day to our sales agents.
• Maintain accurate records of call activities, leads generated, and transfers made.
Requirements:
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Strong internet connection and a reliable headset for making calls.
• Ability to work the hours of 9am-5pm Pacific Time.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic with excellent persuasion skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
• Previous telemarketing or sales experience preferred but not required.
Compensation:
• Monthly salary of $400USD.
• Vacation time and major holidays off.
