Technology Project VA / Lead

We are looking for a Technology Project Lead who could help the office with various projects.

Requirements:

• Formulate comprehensive strategies for defining project goals, scope, and timeline, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Identify and assess potential project risks, implementing effective mitigation strategies to safeguard project success.
• Oversee and uphold rigorous quality standards, ensuring that project deliverables meet and exceed established benchmarks.
• Manage project timelines, employing efficient scheduling and coordination to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Demonstrate adept problem-solving skills to address and overcome project roadblocks, fostering a dynamic and solution-oriented project environment.
• Provide leadership and inspiration to the technology team, fostering a collaborative and motivated working environment.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience in reporting and data analysis.
• Knowledgeable in SQL, MS Access, and Smartsheets
• Familiar with different technologies used by the office
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Able to work in a team-oriented environment
• Stable internet connection
