TECHNICAL MANAGER
Job Description Summary: Accseller8 is in search of a seasoned Technical Manager to oversee the implementation and optimization of the GoHighLevel platform. The role involves spearheading technical strategy, ensuring superior platform performance, and driving continuous improvement to enhance our SaaS offerings and services for small business clients.
Detailed Tasks:
• Strategic Technical Leadership: Guide the company's technical strategy in relation to GoHighLevel’s usage and integration.
• Platform Management & Oversight: Manage the GoHighLevel platform's operation, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and alignment with client needs.
• Technical Problem Resolution: Provide high-level technical support, addressing complex issues and ensuring platform stability and security.
• Client Empowerment: Working with Customer Support & Onboarding lead to help them to deliver client training initiatives, enhancing their ability to leverage GoHighLevel for business success.
• Custom Solutions Development: Oversee the customization and configuration of the GoHighLevel platform to align with individual client requirements.
• Data Governance: Enforce stringent data management and security protocols in compliance with legal standards.
• Performance Analytics: Direct the monitoring and analysis of the platform's performance, facilitating strategic improvements.
• Innovation Management: Keep the organization at the forefront of technological advancements within the GoHighLevel ecosystem.
• Client Advocacy: Forge robust relationships with clients, nurturing trust and satisfaction with our technical services.
• Feedback Integration: Establish channels for receiving and integrating client feedback into service enhancement strategies.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure technology coherence and strategic alignment.
• Knowledge Management: Create and maintain a repository of technical documentation, guides, and training resources.
• Documentation: Create and update guides and resources for client reference.


Recommended Skills & Experience:
• Proven Technical Expertise: Solid experience in technical management, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• Mastery of GoHighLevel: Comprehensive understanding of GoHighLevel’s features, integrations, and potential customizations. Ideally minimum of 2 years experience
• Leadership and Vision: Strong leadership skills with the ability to envision and execute technical strategies.
• Advanced Problem-Solving: Aptitude for diagnosing and resolving advanced technical issues.
• Educational Leadership: Experience in developing and delivering impactful training programs
• Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in performance data analysis and decision-making based on metrics.
• Effective Communication: Exceptional communication abilities to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Project Management Prowess: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional initiatives.
