Kano Consultants provides consulting services to the electric power industry. We provide engineering assessments, design, construction/maintenance support, and data analytics for departments that includes power generation, substation, transmission, and distribution.



Job Description Summary

As a Technical Writer at Kano Consultants, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for a variety of products and services. You will work closely with our engineering and admin teams to ensure that all documentation is accurate, clear, and user-friendly. Your primary responsibilities will include:


Researching and gathering information from subject matter experts to create technical documentation, including user guides, manuals, and bid documents.
Write and edit technical content for bids, proposals, and other documentation.
Writing clear and concise content that is easily understandable by both technical and non-technical audiences.
Organizing and formatting documentation in a consistent and professional manner.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that documentation meets the needs of end-users.
Updating documentation as needed to reflect changes in products or services.



Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing or a related field.
Proven experience as a technical writer, with a strong portfolio of technical documentation.
Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other documentation tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
