JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our growing B2B lead generation agency.

We work with various B2B businesses in different sectors, which means the job never gets boring.

This part-time role demands a blend of technical proficiency, analytical skills, and excellent communication to effectively support and enhance our lead generation processes.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Utilize advanced tools and strategies to generate high-quality leads for the business

Technical Set up: Setting up cold email infrastructure for B2B businesses.

Tool Management: Oversee and manage the usage of various technical tools required for lead generation and data handling.

Automation Workflow Integration: Set up and maintain automation workflows to streamline operations and increase efficiency.

Data Management: Conduct data entry, scraping, and management tasks to ensure accuracy and usability of lead data.

Process Optimization: Continually assess and improve lead generation processes using technological solutions.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on various metrics to gauge the effectiveness of lead generation activities and make data-driven decisions.

Inbox Management: Manage and respond to client communications timely and effectively, ensuring all inquiries are addressed.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in technology-driven lead generation and data management.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Write in the headline 'I love leads' so I know you are serious.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive work ethic.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales and prospecting.
- Experience with using automation tools to enhance sales processes.
- Technical proficiency with no-code automation tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. (not a must).

Part-Time to Potential Full-Time Opportunity:

This role is initially part-time with the potential to expand to full-time based on performance and business needs.
