Position: 4 Technical Support Specialist
Location: Remote (within United States time zones)
Schedule: 24/7 coverage
Responsibilities:
Handle Tickets and take escalation calls
Knows how to configure cloud management portals
Advance connectivity troubleshooting potentially involving remote access
Requirements:
•Technical Acumen [at least a few]: Layer 1, Layer 2 networking, CCNA (preferable), Network +, Cradlepoint, Fortinet, Peplink, CPCNE, NSE 4 (preferable)
Candidate Target:
•Bachelor’s degree in technical, engineering, networking field
•or 2+ years’ experience in the technical field
Other Requirements:
Own an i5 or higher pc plus a back up.
50mbps or higher internet and a back up
Clear headset (w/ noise cancellation a plus)
