Tech Support Dept is in need of the following:
RMM Analyst - Proven experience or certifications with RMM platforms needed, Datto RMM knowledge a plus. Proficiency in using Autotask (ticketing), Outlook App, Teams App, Excel, and Zoho. Powershell, shell, or other scripting knowledge is a necessity
Backend Support - Certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA certifications are advantageous. Familiarity with network management tools such as UniFi Dashboard, Omada Dashboard, Cisco Meraki Dashboard, PRTG, or Nagios. Knowledge regarding deploying network software updates and managing licenses for platforms such as Meraki and Sonicwall. Familiarity with Datto DNA and Datto Networking is a plus. Power Platform Developer - Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Forms. Ability to integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft and third-party applications. Programming skills in languages such as C/C++, C#, JavaScript, and PowerShell a plus Previously utilized ticketing system, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
Technical Analyst - Working with migration-related project for exchange, sharepoint/onedrive, slack, teams, dropbox. - Knowledgeable how migration from source data to destination data works. - Knowledgeable what are meta data is. - Know how to use excel to create reports from scratch / using raw data. - Have experience working with any migration tools. - Experience using AvePoint Fly tool is a plus.
