Technical Support Representative - Shopify App

We are the first AI sales concierge for eCommerce. We convert more traffic, sell more stuff, and reduce support tickets via chat. Our 'chatbot' uses Behavioral AI to convert more shoppers into buyers, and Generative AI to sell more and to answer questions for customer support 24/7. Our app integrates seamlessly with essential Shopify apps (Gorgias, Klaviyo, Zendesk, Yotpo, etc.).

About the Position:
The Technical Support Representative will play a crucial part in providing exceptional support to our clients. This role will involve assisting with application setup and configuration and delivering superior customer service to ensure our clients’ success and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to clients’ inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate and helpful solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to the application.
• Collaborate with our internal teams to identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues and bugs reported by the clients.
• Stay up-to-date on product updates, new features, and industry best practices to effectively support clients and provide proactive assistance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of self-service resources, knowledge base articles, and tutorials for clients.

Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills: verbal, written, and reading - MUST
• Experience with the Shopify environment – MUST
• Experience working in a technical support or customer support role
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Work Schedule:
• This is a full-time job in a permanent work-from-home setup. 8 hours per shift, 5 days a week.
