This role involves not only creating comprehensive technical documentation but also developing engaging online learning modules to facilitate user understanding and proficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and quality assurance, to gain a deep understanding of our SaaS Buildings Assets Management platform.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, release notes, and FAQs, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Translate complex technical concepts into accessible and user-friendly content for diverse audiences.
- Stay abreast of platform updates, new features, and enhancements to provide timely and accurate documentation updates.
- Work closely with the product team to understand the user experience and incorporate user feedback into documentation improvements.
- Utilize visuals, diagrams, and interactive elements to enhance the usability of documentation.
- Leverage technical expertise to create online learning modules that cater to various learning styles and facilitate user proficiency.
- Design, develop, and implement engaging e-learning content, ensuring alignment with instructional design best practices.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of learning materials.
- Continuously evaluate and update learning modules based on user feedback and platform updates.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technical writing, specifically for SaaS platforms or software applications.
- Strong understanding of Buildings Assets Management concepts and terminology.
- Proficiency in documentation tools and platforms, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar.
- Experience in instructional design and developing online learning modules.
- Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools and multimedia content creation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality documentation and learning materials.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with version control systems.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other web technologies.
