JOB OVERVIEW

KeyNest is an award-winning travel tech startup whose mission is to facilitate Airbnb key handovers worldwide. The KeyNest network is made of thousands of local shops worldwide, where Airbnb hosts and property managers can securely store their keys so that their new tenants/guests/cleaners/contractors can pick them up whenever is convenient.

Who we are looking for:
Customer support experience in the short-term rental or Airbnb management sector
Excellent verbal and written communication
Comfortable on phone calls, emails and chat
Excellent English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
Experience in customer support over the phone and chat
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Sincere empathy, which can be seen through phone and email interactions
Ability and willingness to adapt to change
Willingness to work on a rotating shift pattern
