We are looking for an experienced and versatile Technical Business Analyst who will be helping in shaping our products and services, which touch people around the world. The role provides the vital glue between the technology and business department. To ensure success as a Technical Business Analyst, you must demonstrate experience and creativity in system development and application design. You will be responsible for gathering business requirements and translating them into technical documentation to be consumed by our development team. We require outstanding Technical Business Analysts who can combine their IT expertise with in-depth business knowledge.

Minimum Requirements

5+ years experience in design and development of SaaS solutions for the web and native mobile apps
Experience in interpreting business needs of users and translating them into technical requirements
Strong analytical and product development skills
Experience in agile methodologies
Ability to write clear, concise and thorough requirements and functional design documentation to a professional standard
Strong verbal communication skills
Experience in working with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers in different time zones and locations
Well versed with software development life cycles and software release processes
Adaptable, able to work across diverse teams and functions across multiple cultures
Quick learner , able to develop subject matter skills
Experience being the product owner is a plus
Being able to manage multiple projects at the same time
Strong ability to interpret business needs and translate them into requirements
Ability to anticipate and mitigate risks

Optional Valuable Skills

Experience with UI/UX development
Ability to query databases with SQL
Understanding of financial data
Technical Writing skills


Be the Subject Matter Expert on all our products and services
Responsible for understanding the business processes and evaluate the viability and feasibility of implementing them
Work closely with senior technical management on product implementation and roadmap
Outline development efforts and set expectations with stakeholders
Develop and document clear and detailed process maps, business requirements, and workflows
Make sure that the system is built efficiently in terms of maintainability, consistency, and reliability
Ensure necessary changes and enhancements are implemented and documented as per product standards and guidelines
Write detailed specifications in line with the list of requirements provided
Liaise with business for clarification and understanding of requirements
Collaborate closely with the developers for the implementation of change and evolutions
