Main Responsibilities:

Data Management: Responsible for data entry and updating databases with relevant travel information. Extensive use of CRM systems like HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Zoho for customer management and interactions.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify technical issues and independently find solutions.
Process Optimization: Suggest and implement improvements to increase the efficiency and user-friendliness of the tools.
Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure the tools meet the needs of both customers and the business.
Qualifications and Skills:

Technical Proficiency: Strong technical foundation with the ability to quickly learn new tools, especially CRM software.
Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving ability and independence in work.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Experience: Previous experience in database management, software development, or in a technical support role is preferred.
No coding skills required.

MANDATORY CASE STUDY:
Objective: Develop a mini prototype or propose a detailed plan for a travel planning tool feature that could significantly enhance the user experience. This feature should address a common travel planning challenge, such as itinerary optimization, accommodation selection based on preferences, or efficient transportation options between destinations.

Submission: Applicants should prepare a presentation or document detailing their proposed feature, including any mock-ups or prototypes if created. This should be submitted as part of the application process.
