Our Technical Support Department requires the following:
Quality Assurance for Research & Dev. Dept. - The Quality Assurance role is responsible for reviewing the work performed by the team.
Technical Analyst for End User Support Dept. - Needs to work with the migration project
All candidates must have extensive Tech Support experience (i.e Service Desk, Help Desk, System Admin, Network Admin, L2 tech). Have knowledge in cloud, VM, AvePoint etc.
