This role is perfect for you if…

• You are looking for a role as a Tech Expert for all things “Digital Marketing”.
That means that you combine a good understanding of Digital Marketing and technology from A, like Automations to Z, like Zapier.
• GHL and Wordpress are by now as familiar to you as your best friends.
• You are very comfortable in communicating, reading and writing in English and you feel comfortable using DeepL to translate texts and site etc. into German as you will serve a German Market.
• You want to work remotely, and part-time (15-20 hours a week) is attractive to you at this point
• You are aware and fine with the fact that your time will be 6 hours ahead, so that “direct communication” hours between us will be between 1 pm. and 12 am (Midnight) Philippine Time Zone.
• You have a University Level Education
• You have proven solid work experience in Tech and Digital Marketing of at least 2+ years
• And you already have advanced skills in both fields
• Our Project Management will be done on Trello, where we share a board
• Direct and urgent communication will happen via Whatsapp
• You are able to “think through a task” and understand what it’s purpose is
• You are experienced enough that you understand that it ultimately saves time, energy and nerves to first communicate and making sure we understood each other before doing/finishing tasks that were not correctly understood
• Because really love all things “Tech and Digital MArketing” you are always informed about new trends and techsolutions


Your responsibilities will include…

• Building and optimizing funnels in GHL
• Installing alls necessary tracking codes/pixels etc. for Digital Advertising both on GHL and Wordpress
• Re-building the wordpress-site in DIVI or Elementor
• Integrating GHL- calendar, chat and forms with the wordpress site
• Identify project issues, roadblocks or missing requirements quickly and resolve proactively
• Keep in constant contact with Alp (weekly reporting on what is working, what has been done, etc.)
• Follow Trainings/courses from new software etc. to learn new skills and apply them later

To be considered for this position, you are required to:

• You need to have a proven solid work experience as a tech VA and Digital Marketing VA of at least 2+ years
• You need to have a Computer/Laptop with at least an i5 processor and 6GB of RAM
• You need to have a fast and reliable Internet connection, with access to a back-up
• You have decision-making skills, and problem-solving capabilities
• You have proven experience in lead generation, or operated in a digital marketing environment
• You have a results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving project objectives
• You have strong attention to detail and are highly organised
• You have the ability to problem-solve and improve workflow processes
• You have a friendly, upbeat, and love to create work that you are proud of
• Most importantly, you desire to learn and obtain new responsibilities

A HUGE PLUS would be if you are also experienced with building and running campaigns in FB.
