Team Leader - Part Time

**Manila based *** Whilst this is WFH we may need you to visit office at some point in the future.

Saveey is seeking an experienced team leader, looking for part-time hours ( 20 hours per week).

This is a work-from-home role: working Australian business hours ( flexible either morning or afternoon) , Monday to Friday.

Must have:

1. 3 years experience as a people leader above 15 staff.
2. Strong verbal communication skills.

Your duties will include:

1. Managing BPO V.A's - attendance, timesheets, general point of contact.
2. Holding monthly teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings.
3. Arranging staff meet-ups and team building.
4. Facilitating staff onboarding training.
5..Facilitating client onboarding meetings
6. Recruitment interviews

Must be a strong experienced leader. Performance bonuses for the right candidate.
