Position Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Tax Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in tax law, regulations, and compliance requirements, along with a strong analytical mindset and exceptional communication skills. As a Tax Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing personalized tax planning, consulting, and advisory services to our diverse client base.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare tax docs for clients, including individuals, businesses, and organizations
- Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial outcomes for clients.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide proactive advice to clients.
- Conduct research on complex tax issues and provide recommendations to clients.
- Assist clients with tax audits and represent them before tax authorities when necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and legal, to provide integrated solutions for clients' tax needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, earning their trust and confidence as a reliable tax advisor.

Qualifications:

- At least two years of experience in tax advisory roles /Accounting, preferably in a professional services firm or tax consultancy.
- In-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including federal, state, and local taxation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex tax issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain tax concepts clearly to clients.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
