Location: Philippines
Salary: 40,000 PHP per month
Work Hours: Mon - Fri; 9:00am - 5:00pm US Pacific Time

About the Role:

In this exciting role, you'll play a crucial part in helping our company grow by identifying and attracting top talents across a range of industries. You'll be responsible for:

Sourcing and recruiting high-caliber candidates for various positions through various channels, including online platforms, professional networks, and referrals.
Conducting initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate skills and fit.
Presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinating the interview process.
Negotiating salary and benefits packages to secure top talent.
Building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Staying up-to-date on industry trends and recruitment best practices.

What You Bring:

Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on tech, IT, or other relevant YELLOW BANANA industries.
Proven track record of successfully identifying and placing qualified candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
Fluency in English is a must.
