The Role

As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will work closely with an experienced and supportive Associate Director on a successful temporary recruitment desk in order to build and nurture strong relationships with our candidates. You’ll be responsible for running the candidate side of the recruitment process, whilst also getting to be involved in some exciting projects. You will be placing candidates in various temporary business support roles across exciting industries who are values-based and purposeful - Tech, Fintech and Professional services.

In this role you will be:
- Using your initiative to source quality candidates in short time frames – including thorough phone screens and virtual interview
- Conducting regular check-ins with registered and placed candidates
- Proactively creating pools of quality candidates to move quicker than our competitors
- Providing extensive recruitment administrative support, including posting job ads, drafting contracts, sending interview confirmations, undertaking compliance checks and onboarding new temps.
- Updating and maintaining the use of multiple systems
- Any other ad hoc duties

About You

In order to be successful in our high-performing environment, you will:
- Be really driven and happy to recruit at a very fast pace (we really move quick)
- Previous experience managing a high-volume desk is Ideal but not essential
- Value genuine relationships and hold yourself to really high standards of work
- Be able to utilise your strong emotional intelligence to build and maintain strong rapport with candidates, effectively read candidates, understand their key motivators and identify the best fit for all of the temporary roles that you source for
- Follow recruitment processes and be both agile and eager to learn, because there will be a lot of training and coaching provided
