As we continue to expand, we seek a dedicated Sales and Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team, someone with a flair for American English and a proactive, go-getter attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source and attract top talent using various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks. Tailor sourcing strategies to meet specific role requirements and company culture.

Screening and Selection: Conduct initial candidate screening and assessments, focusing on skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage the interview process, scheduling, and communication between candidates and hiring managers.

Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the recruitment process from initial contact to offer stage, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all candidates. Maintain meticulous records of all interactions and stages within our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to clearly understand their hiring needs and timelines. Provide regular updates and solicit feedback to refine recruiting processes.

Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador at various events, such as career fairs and college recruiting sessions, to promote [Your Company Name] as an employer of choice.

Candidate Experience: Ensure all candidates receive timely feedback and maintain positive engagement throughout the hiring process. Aim to enhance the overall candidate experience, reflecting our company’s values and reputation.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team to align recruitment strategies with overall HR objectives and contribute to long-term workforce planning.

Data Entry and Onboarding: Onboard successful candidates into our platform with Workiz, provide them the necessary documents, contracts, and insurance information they need to get started.

Invoicing and Talent Support: Gather talent banking information and data, assist with invoicing and payments, and ensure full life-cycle candidate success.

Qualifications:
Excellent command of English, with superior communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a thorough understanding of sourcing and recruitment techniques.
Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
Self-driven and highly motivated, with a proven ability to meet recruitment targets.
Experience with Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, ZipRecruiter, and other recruitment software.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
