Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. They will also be responsible for employer branding and creating a positive candidate experience. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.


Qualifications

Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills
Experience in employer branding and creating a positive candidate experience
Interviewing and Recruiting skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the media or creative industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
