Between the hours of 8.00am-5.00pm Mon- Fri AEST (1hr break during the day)

We're looking for an experienced English-speaking telemarketer/appointment setter to develop a lead pipeline for new business opportunities. Our company primarily targets businesses, corporates, NGO’s, Councils, Upcyclers, and Recyclers within organisations and discusses the benefits of UCaaS/CCaaS and Data Network technologies.

To succeed in this role, you must have experience in:
B2B Outbound Lead qualification (knowledge in BANT/SPIN methodology is a big plus)
Hunter Mentality
Familiarity with cloud-based/SaaS products is a must
Knowledgeable and Efficient using a computer
Good objection handling and ability to establish rapport quickly
Strong ability to learn new technology
The ability to work autonomously is essential

The candidate must be experienced with B2B lead generation and comfortable talking to IT managers about technical opportunities.
Must be familiar with tools like:
HubSpot (excellent and essential)
Jira
Slack
Skills and Expertise:

Responsibilities:
Match available resources on the ASPIRE marketplace with businesses seeking those resources.
Coordinate transactions between businesses, ensuring seamless communication and efficient exchange of resources.
Follow up with businesses to ensure successful utilisation of listed items and gather feedback for improvement.
Communicate effectively with customers via email and phone to provide updates, address enquiries, and resolve concerns.
Gather data of potential businesses to join the platform, including contact information (phone, email), and names of possible decision-makers.

Engage with potential businesses to promote the benefits of joining ASPIRE and facilitate their onboarding process.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and data gathered.
Collaborate with the team to optimise the marketplace experience for both suppliers and recipients.
Provide support and guidance to businesses regarding resource availability, transaction processes, and platform usage.
