Supply Chain/Logistics Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management and coordination of the supply chain process from procurement to delivery.
- Support the logistics team in planning and executing international shipping and receiving operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely updates in the system.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Monitor shipment schedules, track orders, and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation requirements.
- Assist in preparing reports and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the supply chain process.
- Support the implementation of supply chain strategies aimed at improving efficiency and reducing costs.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and smooth operation of supply chain activities.
- Handle administrative tasks related to supply chain management, including documentation and data entry.


Qualifications:
- Previous experience or education in logistics, supply chain management, or international logistics is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with supply chain management software and tools is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and documentation requirements is preferred.

Working Hours: 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week (Open for part time or full time)

Rate: $900/month
