TLDR: We’re seeking a Supply Chain Specialist who is fluent in both Mandarin & English for an eCommerce company in the sleep industry (full-time, fully remote, Asia time zone)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist who is fluent in both Mandarin and English to join our team. As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our logistics processes and supporting our expansion into international markets. If you have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for logistics, we want to know more about you!

This role is fully remote but requires you to work in Asia time zones. Benefits are outlined in detail below.

Is fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin & English.
Is residing in Asia timezone.
Is willing to visit suppliers overseas.
Has experience working in supply chain/logistics industries (preferred).

HERE’S WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES:

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
Communicate effectively with suppliers, teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, and warehouses to ensure the timely and accurate flow of goods.
Conduct research to identify new suppliers, products, and expansion opportunities in international markets.
Assist in negotiating agreements and contracts with suppliers and other partners.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to logistics activities.
Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company by taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Hours: Full-time

Salary Range: Negotiable

Location: Anywhere within Asia / fully remote
You’ll need to work during Asia time zones, as that’s when our teaUpgrade to see actual infombers are online.
