Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly capable Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. You will oversee our entire supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with our strategic goals. This role offers significant opportunities for career growth and the chance to gain extensive experience with Amazon FBA operations.

What does it involve?
Managing our Supply Chain and Inventory.
Communication Management: Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, forwarders, and warehouses. Manage negotiations, quotes, production timelines, and both inbound and outbound logistics.
Purchase Order (PO) Management: Create and place POs, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Shipment Management: Oversee the labeling, booking, tracking, and monitoring of shipments.
Monitoring & Tracking: Utilize tools like Clickup for project management, and maintain various spreadsheets with up-to-date, organized, and accurate data.
Stock Management: Conduct inventory forecasts, manage FBA restocks, and schedule shipments and production.
Inventory Planning: Forecast sales, calculate production quantities, and create production schedules.
Data Analysis: Analyze data related to costs, lead times, and seasonal trends to improve supply chain efficiency.

What is required?
We are looking for someone:
Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a retail or manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and project management software.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Accountability, ownership, and proactiveness are essential qualities.
Big Plus:
An existing understanding or practical experience with the Amazon FBA business model.

Pay Rate
Your pay rate will reflect your results & past experience
Pay range = $8 - 12 per hour
