ABOUT US:
We are a dynamic and growing Amazon FBA Private Label Seller, with a focus in selling Premium Cocktail Kits on Upgrade to see actual info, Upgrade to see actual info, and Upgrade to see actual info. Utilizing the Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) model, we specialize in manufacturing and distributing high-quality goods sourced from China, sold directly to consumers across the US, Canada & UK.

JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dedicated and proficient Supply Chain Logistics Manager, based in the Philippines, to oversee our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role involves managing our product inventory of 35 SKUs (soon to grow to 50+ SKUs), from forecasting demand and creating order plans, to coordinating with manufacturers in China, ensuring timely and cost-effective shipping solutions to FBA/3PL centers in the USA, Canada and the UK.

- Full-time position (approx. 35-40hrs/week)
- Salary will be paid bi-weekly (on the 1st and 15th of every month)
- Salary range is $6-8/hr (monthly: $1,000-$1,350 | PHP 55,000 - 75,000) + Benefits of up to $160/month in value (see below)
- The CEO is based in the UK, working 8am-4pm GMT. It will not be expected to work all of the same hours, but at least a 2-hour crossover time will be necessary for adequate collaboration

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement efficient supply chain processes to optimize inventory levels and reduce lead times, utilizing Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with manufacturers in China to ensure production schedules meet demand without overstocking or stockouts, aiming to maintain 60-90 days supply in FBA.
- Arranging and reviewing inspection reports before the release of goods from the manufacturers.
- Manage logistics and shipping arrangements from China to Amazon FBA centers across the designated countries, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
- Monitor and analyze shipping costs, transit times, and service quality to choose the most effective shipping methods and carriers.
- Liaise with freight forwarders and 3PLs to ensure smooth transport and delivery of shipments.
- Track inventory levels across all marketplaces using Amazon’s Seller Central data, coupled with our internal inventory management records, primarily using numerous Google Sheets.
- Collaborate with our marketing teaUpgrade to see actual infomber to align supply chain strategies with new product launches, promotions, seasonality & changes in customer demand.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records and reports on supply chain performance, including inventory turnover, shipping costs, shipping status and delivery timelines.
- Handle any supply chain issues promptly, from production delays to shipping disruptions to Amazon receiving discrepancies, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders to minimize impact.

MUST HAVES (SKILLS):
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain management, specifically within the field of Amazon FBA.
- Strong understanding of international logistics, including shipping by sea, customs regulations, and import/export requirements.
- Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central
- A pro on Google Sheets (or Microsoft Excel) with an analytical mindset, wherein supply chain optimization analysis comes naturally.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- The ability to handle seasonal products which have a big increase in sales at Christmas given the giftable nature of our products.
- The ability to take on the responsibility of managing a large inventory value, and stepping up to the challenge
- Proactive, problem-solving attitude and capable of working independently.
- Ability to demonstrate your abilities with previous supply chain analysis that you have completed
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
