JOB OVERVIEW

Small Lot Wine & Spirits is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our supply chain, ensuring the effective flow of our wine and spirits products from international and local suppliers to our distribution centers. Reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager, you will help optimize our supply chain processes and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service and quality to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Management: Oversee and coordinate day-to-day supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory control, logistics, and supplier management.

Logistics Planning and Execution: Plan and coordinate the end-to-end logistics activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective transport of goods. Address and resolve any issues related to shipment delays or discrepancies.

Inventory Analysis: Monitor inventory levels and lead regular inventory analysis to forecast needs and prevent overstocking or stockouts. Implement inventory adjustments and improvements based on trends and demand forecasting.

Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all supply chain activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Prepare and maintain necessary import/export documents and other regulatory paperwork.

Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve supply chain processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Implement new systems or technologies as needed.

Reporting: Generate and present detailed reports on supply chain performance to the Senior Operations Manager and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain or logistics
Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, with advanced skills in spreadsheet software.
Strong communication skills.
Capable of working independently and as part of a high-performing team.
