Position Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Team Lead who will be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a team of salespeople. The aim is to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

We work in a fast-paced industry. So it's crucial that our Sales Team Lead would:

- Be a fast learner
- Pay close attention to detail
- Follow instructions to the letter

Responsibilities:

- Setting goals and analyzing sales performance
- Providing feedback and coaching to sales teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
- Identifying any areas of concern that could impact the performance of teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
- Providing hands-on direction for all activities and projects
- Communicating any pertinent information regarding project timelines, goals, or objectives to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
- Ensuring customer inquiries are responded to
- Building relationships with key customers
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Analyze customer data and trends

Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory):

- Digital Marketing: Understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Experience with CRM software (we use Zoho CRM)
- Sales and management experience

Working Hours:

Full-time: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Benefits:

- Qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the 6-month probation period.
- We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day.

Salary: $560-$800/month depending on skill level and experience
