JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview:
The Strategic Partnership Coordinator will collaborate with the development, expansion, and management of strategic partnerships within leading partnership marketplaces such as Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Magento, Salesforce, among others. This role is pivotal in driving our SaaS customer engagement platform's growth by leveraging these partnerships to enhance our customer base and unlock new opportunities and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partnership Strategy Development: Define and execute strategies for identifying, securing, and nurturing partnerships within targeted ecosystems to drive mutual growth.
• Marketplace Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of our platform with various partnership marketplaces, enhancing our offering's accessibility and functionality.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact and advocate for partnership initiatives.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of partnerships, including partnership-driven customer acquisition and revenue impact, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to align partnership activities with overall business objectives and product capabilities.
• Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and partnership opportunities, leveraging insights to inform partnership strategy and product innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience: Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role within the SaaS industry, preferably with a focus on customer engagement platforms.
• Understanding of SaaS Ecosystems: Deep understanding of SaaS partnership ecosystems, including Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Magento, Salesforce, and others.
• Technical Acumen: Familiarity with the technical aspects of SaaS integrations and the ability to work closely with engineering teams to guide partnership-driven product enhancements.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to identify and pursue high-value partnership opportunities.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, negotiate, and influence partners.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to partnership strategy and performance evaluation.

Education:
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required. An MBA or related graduate degree is preferred.

Experience:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or a similar role in the SaaS or technology sector.
