Job Title: Strategic Marketing Director

Overview
We are a digital marketing agency focused on the retail liquor store sector in the United States. Our agency, dedicated to propelling our clients' revenue and enhancing their brand presence, is in search of a Strategic Marketing Director. This role demands a blend of strategic acumen, creative marketing, and exceptional client interaction, aimed at overseeing our portfolio of 15 clients with a concentrated strategy for 6-10 key accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop, oversee, and implement holistic marketing strategies encompassing email, SMS, push notifications, in-store print materials, and website development to meet client goals and agency KPIs.
Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing energetic, personable interaction and ensuring their strategic needs are met with nearly perfect English communication and impeccable writing skills.
Team Oversight: Lead our marketing team with a focus on creativity, quality, and innovation. Mentor staff and manage work output to align with client strategies and agency goals.
Market Insight: Analyze industry trends and client performance to adapt strategies, ensuring competitive edge and growth.
Independent Initiative: Work independently to proactively identify challenges and opportunities, devising innovative marketing strategies and solutions without constant supervision.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, with a Master’s preferred.
Over 7 years of marketing and brand management experience, with 3+ years in a strategic role in an agency setting.
Demonstrated ability in leading marketing strategies across diverse channels, especially for retail or beverage sectors.
Proven track record of managing client relationships with stellar communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership capabilities, with experience guiding teams towards excellence.
Expertise in digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, and brand development.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to be proactive and innovative.
