Novita Diamonds is a leading global online and physical retailer of lab-grown diamonds. We are one of the biggest lab-grown retailers in the world and are looking for an operation assistant to join our team.

• Reviewing orders (at various stages)
• Reviewing marketing pricing and ensuring best possible rates
• Reviewing pricing (our pricing)
• Reviewing competitor pricing
• Reviewing stock levels
• Making adjustments on our online systems
• Work with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers across shipping / finance / country managers

You will have
• Amazing attention to detail
• Amazing computer skills
• Amazing excel skills
• Experience in buying / ordering for a commercial business

Training
• Full training will be provided
• Work is virtual 40 – 50 hours per week
• Work will be during Australian OR European business hours as agreed with your manager, if you do not have flexibility with the hours you can work please do not apply.
