Stessa book keeper, possibly quicken later on or filing STR taxes eventually for our direct booking site

We are trying to get organized for taxes so upfront maybe a few more hours but eventually only 2 hours weekly needed. we are currently overhauling our business and hope to eventually implement quicken but we currently use stessa for real estate investing. Transactions already captured but need to be allocated accordingly. Direct booking website for our STR being created so eventually might need help filing STR taxes as well
