JOB OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a skilled Senior Paid Media Specialist to join our award-winning digital agency. Reporting directly to our Senior Marketing Services Manager, this is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Paid Media expert to make their mark in one of our fastest-growing departments.

You’ll be a problem-solver and analytical thinker with a track record of going above and beyond to make our clients more searchable and successful.

As a Senior Paid Media (PPC and Paid Social) Specialist your role will encompass a full
approach to PPC and paid social campaign strategies for your assigned clients.

Duties And Responsibilities
Your key tasks will include:
• Implementing paid media (search, paid social) campaigns and driving results for clients.
• Work with the global teams and provide support to client-facing teams in other territories.
• Planning, reporting, and client communication.
• Initiate and develop large-scale projects that can generate a huge impact on the growth of the department and company.
• Report to clients based on growth opportunities within the current campaigns and outside of just the Google, Bing, Facebook networks, Linked In, and TikTok.
• Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance by client goals.
• Monitor and evaluate results and performance across the major channels.
• Communication with team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
• Work across other departments to identify cross-channel strategies.


Minimum Qualifications
3+ Years Experience in a Paid Media role (PPC and paid social)
Extensive knowledge of Paid Media
Experience in working on budgets of over £10K by yourself
Ability to explain the relationship between effort and results to clients.
Understanding of the interplay between Paid Media & SEO.
A proven track record of delivering results
Experience with bid management platforms is a plus e.g. DoubleClick for Search
Experience in hands-on programmatic advertising is desirable
Hands-on experience working with Meta, Google Ads & TikTok
Comfortable working with large sets of data
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
