Position Overview: We are seeking a Virtual Assistant for Special Projects to play a pivotal role in the strategic growth and success of Welsford Company and ValveMan. This high-visibility role involves leading and executing critical projects, driving business strategy, and managing a team to ensure successful outcomes. As the linchpin of our project initiatives, you will work closely with senior management to develop and implement plans that enhance our market presence and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and execution of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives.
Manage and coordinate project teams, delegating tasks and overseeing progress to ensure timely and effective completion.
Conduct in-depth business analyses and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Work collaboratively with different departments to integrate project outcomes with existing business processes.
Oversee the development and management of our e-commerce platform, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Monitor project performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet business goals.
Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in business management and strategy execution, preferably in the industrial or e-commerce sectors.
MBA or equivalent advanced degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
