JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and proactive Spanish-speaking VA to support our recruitment efforts. As a Recruiter VA, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging with potential candidates for various job positions, primarily focusing on Spanish-speaking markets. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and providing administrative support to our recruitment team.

Job Description:
• Utilize online platforms (e.g. Indeed), social media, and other resources to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
• Conduct introductory interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) or database.
• Schedule interviews and other recruitment-related activities between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist with various administrative tasks such as drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, and managing email correspondence.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations in both Spanish-speaking regions and the company's jurisdiction.
• Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, including candidate pipeline, time-to-fill, and conversion rates.

Requirements:
• Proficiency in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed (a HUGE PLUS), and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and colleagues.
• Understanding of cultural nuances and differences in recruitment practices across Spanish-speaking regions.
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team, fostering collaboration and building positive relationships across departments.
• Laptop or desktop that is at least I5, or I5 equivalent and above.
• Strong internet connection with backup internet available.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
