Sony Vegas Pro Editor for Meme Compilations Youtube

I run Upgrade to see actual info compilation channels on Youtube. Try Not To Laugh type channels.

I need someone who is willing to LEARN and become an EXPERT in compiling funny videos and editing them into compilations.

3-4 hours per day, everyday (free days if you work in advance)

This is not a gig or a pay per project post, i am looking for someone that can grasp my style and work with me LONG TERM, not complete a few projects the way that i say, mindlessly. I will teach you the way of thinking that should be applied in different circumstances you will face, understanding why we do certain edits so you can take creative decisions on your own.

I am only looking for Sony Vegas Pro editors, do not apply if you never worked in Vegas Pro.

!!! I am looking for someone that can apply himself to this job with dedication, it is complex but learnable, so i would hesitate to apply if i have other mentally taxing jobs/clients going on, so we don't waste each others time !!!

The job itself:

You receive Upgrade to see actual info clips from my clip selector.
You judge if all the clips are usable ( leave out dangerous/boring/unfitting clips ), where to place them in the video timeline.

You order the clips in a creative way, cut every clip at the perfect Upgrade to see actual infont (beginning and ending)
Replace copyrighted music of clips that need it.

Render - Upload to my channels on unlisted.

Your first message to me should be:
- The version of Vegas Pro you use
- How many monitors you use for work
- Send me a Upgrade to see actual info clip you consider funny (not cringe tiktok humor, not millennial humor)

Moving up:

Your base salary when you are hired will be 390$/month (13$/ day)
After 6 months of working together and delivering the same top quality consistently, i will raise your salary to 450$/month (15$/day)
After 1 year, i will raise your salary to 600$/month (20$/day)

I can also offer you 3-4 more hours of work per day if you wanna go full time, and double your salary. If you can deliver the quality i am looking for, you will be treated well.
