Earn 47,000 PHP + Commissions /month while working from home.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST with 1-hour Unpaid Lunch but has the flexibility to choose any 8-hour shift schedule from 8 AM-8 PM CST, with 1-hour unpaid break


Qualifications:
- Experience in recruitment especially in the solar industry is preferred but not required
- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
- Enthusiastic, passionate about hiring people, and able to think on their toes
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Little to No accent

Responsibilities:
- Ability to engage in 3-8 minute conversations with potential applicants to determine if they should be interviewed.
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls to recruit solar sales representatives in the US
- Primary responsibilities include making calls, engaging with candidates, sending emails, coordinating interview schedules, and assisting in ensuring a seamless onboarding process for successful candidates, as needed.
