I’m looking to create a long term team with a well rounded skill set. My goal is to have a handful of RockStar Professionals whom have an assortment of skills allowing them to step up on there specialty skills as needed but able to contribute in other areas as needed….for instance, I need software/website built similar to Upgrade to see actual info…..once my Rockstar builds this and it’s up and running I want to keep that Rockstar working full time so the need for other skills is necessary!
