Software QA Engineer

Job Purpose:
The Software QA Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the high quality of new software features developed by Brand Maven Consulting. The main objectives include testing new features, analyzing their interaction with the existing application, creating test scenarios, and ensuring all aspects of the software function as expected.

Key Responsibilities:

Create comprehensive test plans to ensure thorough testing of new and existing software features.
Execute test cases and manage testing schedules.
Report bugs and inconsistencies in the software performance.
Recommend improvements to enhance user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) based on test findings.
Work independently while effectively communicating findings and suggestions to the development team.

This is a direct-hire full time position. Hours are largely flexible.
