Software Product Owner

Job Summary
We are seeking a Product Owner who is passionate about agile methodologies and experienced in the Azure environment to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining user stories, managing product backlogs, and ensuring that our development teams have clear understanding and direction to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
User Story Development: Craft detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that align with our business objectives. Ensure stories are ready for the development team and meet the Definition of Ready.
Backlog Management: Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, balancing the needs of stakeholders and the capacity of the development team.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team. Gather requirements, provide updates, and facilitate stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and address concerns.
Sprint Planning: Lead sprint planning sessions, review sessions, and retrospectives. Ensure the team understands the goals and deliverables for each sprint.
Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators related to project deliverables. Utilize Azure DevOps to manage workflows, monitor progress, and ensure quality assurance.
Best Practices Implementation: Champion the adoption of agile best practices within the team. Encourage continuous improvement and adaptation to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent agile certification.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, specifically within an Azure environment.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
