We are seeking a senior software engineer that can create and lead a team. We are a newly startup software company that's ready to innovate and build applications to help businesses thrive. We're seeking for a senior software engineer with

• At least 7 years of experience
• Worked in a team before and can lead a team of QAs and developers
• Able to plan tasks for himself and their team given the requirement
• Not afraid to ask question for clarity
• Able to schedule meetings on his own with his teammate or demo/present info to the stakeholders
• Understand agile development
• Should be comfortable with being able to interview another developer for hiring
• Should be able to attend and lead daily scrum in the morning
• Willing to learn new programming languages

Technical Skills
• Ruby on Rails
• Jira
• Jenkins
• AWS
• Javascript
• CSS
• React

Requirement
• 5+ years with Ruby on Rails
• 3+ years knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS and JQuery
• Able to build an new application from scratch with given requirement
• Proficient with RSpec and writing test
• Proficient in reverse engineering
• Passion for writing great, simple, clean, efficient code
• A team player

Responsibility
• Planning and building an application from scratch
• Able to lead a team remotely
• Communicate effectively among team members
• Create and lead meetings
• Maintain existing application and add new features
• Must perform code review for Junior developer
• Create documentation to share with the team
