Social media manager/Video Editor

I’m looking for a highly skilled social media manager and virtual assistant for my company.

The company is a fitness business that works with entrepreneurs and busy professionals and we help them get into top shape and help perform at their best. I have also worked with some of the biggest athletes, models, influencers and musicians in Sweden.

Currently we don’t have any social media channels. So you would need to drive traffic and get followed quickly. The job would be to handle all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and X.

You will be responsible of content creation, planning, graphic design, video editing, engaging with followers and reports.

You may also need to assist in others tasks as a virtual assistant, but your primary focus will be on social media.

The person I’m looking for should have the following qualifications:
- highly skilled and experienced social media manager
- very good at content creation
- awesome video editor
- good communication skills
- highly motivated individual
- innovating and come up with ideas

It’s also very beneficial if you also have:
- experience of growing channels from scratch
- worked with fitness businesses before
- have good understanding of business skills and be able to assist decisions within the company.


The salary will start at the lower end but it has an exponential growth potential. If the hired person does a good job and grows out channels and get leads, the salary can go up to €2k after only 2 months.
