About You:
You are an experienced Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Assistant looking for a new, customer based role where you can collaborate with and learn from a Marketing team of 3
You are able to think outside the box, an enthusiastic and innovative marketer, obsessed with the best
You are experienced and have a passion for online marketing or marketing communications
You have strong attention to detail
You are a relationship builder
You are flexible and embrace change within the business
You have an ability to multi-task, prioritise and perform effectively under pressure
You are able to seamlessly communicate with colleagues, peers, business partners

Role and Responsibilities:
You will understand the interests and needs of our social communities, engage with our customers, offer support and ensure that our platforms remain a positive and productive space. In other words, you’re the guardian of the vibe!
Having the ability to problem-solve effectively and efficiently is super important. You will have to navigate all sorts of surprising situations with grace and professionalism and be adept at finding solutions that satisfy our customers and align with our brand values.
You’re gonna be typing up a storm in this role, so the ability to clearly express yourself (and the voice and values of the brand) is absolutely essential.
Understanding the needs, concerns, and emotions of our customers will be crucial for building trust and rapport. And you will need to follow through on any community guidelines and policies to help ensure our online spaces feel welcoming and safe for all.
Develop and implement social community engagement guidelines
Moderate discussions and content on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok
Respond to community enquiries and feedback
Collaborate with marketing and support teams within the business
Analyse data to assess community engagement
Submit monthly reports on emerging social media trends
Monitor our retail partner social activity for compliance with brand guidelines
Work on general online marketing administrative tasks including maintaining our Google Business and Product Review profiles
