Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Achieve a 10% growth month-on-month in reach, saves, and social following.
Initiate at least 10 meaningful interactions per day.

Responsibilities:

Repurpose content for YouTube Shorts and TikTok.
Share content to stories to enhance reach.
Engage with all comments on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok within 30 minutes of posting to stimulate algorithm benefits.
Send personalized messages to all new followers using the provided script.
Implement daily engagement and growth protocols on all social platforms.
Manage and optimize content boosting campaigns with a daily budget.
Regularly pitch our podcast to relevant platforms.
Conduct weekly trend research to stay ahead of viral content in our niche.
Execute the "Love Sprinkle" strategy to increase follower engagement.

Daily Task Schedule:

Monday to Friday:
Share new content to stories and reply to comments within 30 minutes.
Message new followers.
Boost previous day's top content.
Complete "Love Sprinkle" strategy.

Tuesday & Friday: Pitch podcast.

Requirements:

Excellent understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
Strong communication skills and ability to mimic brand voice.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Interest in continuous learning and growth hacking techniques.
