About Us:
Koch La Ni / OrderIsrael is an ecommerce business launching a new jewelry and clothing lines. We're seeking a talented Social Media/Ecommerce Marketing Manager to grow our brand on Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, X, and Facebook.

Responsibilities:
1. Create engaging daily posts to boost follower growth and engagement.
2. Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns.
3. Develop and launch campaigns for new products.
4. Craft and implement a social media strategy.
5. Build relationships with influencers in the jewelry space.
6. Operate and grow our social media shops.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in social media management with a track record of increasing sales.
2. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
3. Solid knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, including ad campaigns.
4. Experience in operating and growing social media shops.
5. Proficiency in keyword, competitor, and market research.
6. Strong graphic design skills for creating appealing content.

We are NOT looking for someone to be a CHATGPT robot. Must be smart, creative and independent.

Work Schedule:
- Full-time, flexible hours.
- Observes most Filipino holidays.

Salary:
- Negotiable, based on experience and skills.
