THIS IS A DIRECT HIRING: 2 HRS PER DAY (FOR A START) US HOURS

Are you passionate about social media and skilled in crafting engaging content? Do you have a knack for navigating the intricacies of Facebook Ads to drive results? If so, we want you on our team!

As a Social Media Specialist with expertise in Facebook Ads, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our online presence and reaching our target audience effectively. From strategizing campaigns to analyzing performance metrics, you'll be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Oversees day-to-day execution of the marketing strategies and programs.
- Works with the Digital Marketing Team for the development of content for all social media accounts.
- Initiates planning of campaigns and strategies that will generate fan engagement
- Planning and creation of content from conceptualization to execution of materials such as images and videos (Short-Form Video Content – FB Stories, Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok Videos).
- Must create and implement Upgrade to see actual infont marketing/trend jacking content.
- Build, propose, and execute social media campaigns, tracking KPIs and meeting set objectives
- Manage and maintain clients' social media profiles, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Engage with the audience and community

Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management, with a focus on Facebook Ads.
- Proficiency in creating and optimizing ad campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
- Creative thinking and a passion for staying updated on the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Strong creative and copywriting skills
- Strong problem solving skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Experienced in the day-to-day management of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Tik Tok campaigns.
- Experience in Canva
