JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Superstar marketing and admin VA to join our growing Team. We are a marketing agency but also own our own e-commerce businesses.
The superstar VA will be a skilled TeaUpgrade to see actual infomber to support our social media and content creation efforts, plus help manage the administration side of our online businesses.

OVERVIEW
- The ideal candidate will have experience scheduling social content across multiple platforms, creating static graphics using Canva, and preferably some video editing skills.
- This role will primarily involve managing social media scheduling for several businesses, creating engaging content, and ensuring timely delivery of scheduled posts.
- The role will also require working with suppliers and customers online for our online stores through email/phone correspondence and helping manage Newsletter marketing and data drilling to expand our reach.
- All websites we work on are built on Wordpress or Shopify, so experience on these platforms is desired, or similar platforms.
- We also have an Amazon store in AU and USA, so we will require our Superstar to help work on that platform as well.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with video editing tasks as needed, including basic editing, adding captions, and optimising video content for social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars, brainstorm ideas, and execute social media campaigns.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and platform changes to ensure content remains relevant and effective.
- Provide regular reports on social media performance, including key metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- work with the marketing team on newsletter content research and image collection
- update / create the SOPs for various parts of the business
- data mine for new opportunities for the online stores
- manage email correspondence for the online stores in a timely and courteous manner

QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands.
- Working knowledge Canva.
- Working knowledge of a newsletter system (we use Mailchimp and Klaviyo).
- Knowledge of scheduling tool for social media (we use Later, Meta and Zoho)

EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, with a focus on social media management, email marketing and content creation.
- Proficiency in scheduling social media posts.
- Graphic design skills with experience using Canva.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write engaging copy utilising specific ChatGPT prompts for social media posts and newsletters.
- Organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience working with different supply funnels, eg B2B, B2C.

OTHER EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS BENEFICIAL
- Knowledge of additional design tools or software beyond Canva.
- CRM database
- Amazon listing and Store management

INHOUSE REQUIREMENTS
We require that our superstar be set up with 2 screens, even if that is a laptop and monitor screen.
Due to the sensitive nature of content for our businesses and clients we work for, we may need to employ a VPN feature, but will need to work that out.
This is a part-time role to start with, envisioning more hours as the role and businesses grow.
