We are seeking an experienced Social Media Strategist to join our team and enhance our brand's presence across all digital platforms.

A Social Media Strategist is essential for enhancing a brand's online presence. Their job involves creating engaging content, such as posts and videos, and scheduling these to connect with the audience. They also monitor and interact with users to build a community and maintain a positive brand image. Using analytics tools, they track the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies based on the data. Additionally, they coordinate with marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns that align with the company’s broader goals. Ultimately, they develop comprehensive strategies to ensure all social media activities support the business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Content Creation and Management: Oversee the production of engaging content that resonates with the target audience. This includes writing posts, creating graphics or videos, and scheduling content to be published.
- Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms. Engage with users to foster a sense of community and advocate for the brand.
- Analytics: Use analytics tools to track the performance of social media campaigns and understand the preferences and behaviors of the audience. Adjust strategies based on analytical insights.
- Campaigns: Plan and execute digital campaigns to promote products or events. This often involves coordinating with other marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing strategies.
- Strategy Development: Craft strategies for all social media platforms to align with business goals. This might include budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency with major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
- Competent in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to track engagement and refine strategies.
- Skilled in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding basic SEO strategies and how they integrate with social media marketing.
