Job Description:

As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our clients' social media profiles, developing content strategies, and creating engaging content that drives interaction and growth. You will work closely with our marketing team to analyze trends, manage social media campaigns, and report on performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our clients' goals.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written).
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Conduct online advocacy and open stream for cross-promotions.
- Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
- Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
- Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).

Qualifications:

- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
