Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled freelancer to optimize our Instagram presence for our empowerment brand dedicated to supporting high-achieving women professionals in preventing burnout. As a freelancer, you will be responsible for enhancing our Instagram strategy to effectively reach our target audience of early to mid-career women in medicine (ages 28-45).

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute an Instagram content strategy aligned with our brand voice and tone.
Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, captions, and stories.
Implement best practices for hashtags, posting times, and engagement to increase reach and interaction.
Utilize analytics to track performance and adjust strategy accordingly.
Collaborate with our team to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
Requirements:

Proven experience in Instagram marketing and optimization, preferably within the empowerment or wellness industry.

Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms and trends.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
Demonstrated ability to deliver results and drive engagement.
