JOB OVERVIEW

Otaku Treasures Global is seeking 1FULL-TIME Social Media Manager with a strong background in customer service. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing our company's social media accounts and engaging with our online community while also providing excellent customer service. This is not a flexible schedule position, and applicants must be available to work 8 hours a day between the hours of 12 Midnight to 10 AM Philippine Time.

Rate:

During the 1-month trial period, the rate for this position is $4 per hour. After the trial period, we will review performance to assess the increase in compensation.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain Otaku Treasures Global's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
Create engaging content to share on social media platforms.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers and customers.
Develop strategies to increase engagement and grow our online community.

Requirements:

Previous experience in social media management and customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using social media management tools.
Experience or knowledge in Anime statues and figures is a plus.
